Gain insights from my extensive personal experience in managing Type 1 Diabetes while excelling as an athlete in competitive rowing, triathlons, and marathons.

Athletic Accomplishments

During my university years, I engaged in competitive rowing and proudly represented GBR three times in the age-group world triathlon championships. My greatest achievement in running includes numerous sub-3 marathons, with my quickest time clocking in at 2:39.

Throughout my athletic journey with T1D, I've faced many obstacles but always found ways to overcome them. These experiences have given me unique insights and strategies that I now share with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
